Long before buying local was the "in" thing to do, The Gilmore Collection was sourcing fresh product from local farms and purveyors for use at The Thornapple in 1978. The Gilmore Collection has continued this tradition with each new restaurant we open. We are proud to locate our restaurants in West Michigan, often preserving cherished historical buildings and encouraging a spirit of community in every neighborhood we do business in. We've put together a team of over 800 employees to offer our guests the best quality of food, atmosphere, and hospitality West Michigan has to offer.
